Written by British author China Mieville, the book tells the tale of a London drifter, wrongfully accused of murdering his father. A mysterious man who possesses the power of controlling a vast army of rats then rescues him. The mysterious man also claims to be his real father. Pre-production of the movie will begin at the end of this year when the band finishes their tour.
